You are provided with access to our website in accordance with our conditions and all orders are placed in accordance with the following conditions.
You warrant that any personal information given by you is true, accurate and current in all respects and that you will notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use. You are over 18 years of age.
You confirm that the credit/debit or store card being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment to us we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.
All our Credit Card payments are routed through and processed by Worldpay, Worldpay are a wholly owned subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland.
The WorldPay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Furthermore, our public web servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, ensuring that both the shopper and retailer can have confidence that nobody can impersonate WorldPay to obtain confidential information.
Transaction Encryption The transfer of the purchase details from the retailers site to WorldPay are encapsulated using our own encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof via SSL. See Purchase Token Security for details.
Security for the Shopper Any communication between the shopper and WorldPay is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser using 128 Bit SSL. Shoppers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers. The card issuers provide the right for shopper to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.
Data Storage Data storage on WorldPay systems, and the communication between WorldPay and the worldwide banking networks, is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment. We also ensure that we stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party code we use, and continually review our own proprietary code.

Paying By Cheque Please make cheque payable to Keramica Retail Ltd. and include your cheque guarantee card number, name and address on the back of the cheque. Please note that payment by cheque will delay delivery as goods will not be dispatched until cheque has cleared
Purchase of products Each product is sold to its product description. We take every care to ensure that all descriptions and prices are correct at the time the information was entered on the website. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible it may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
Trademarks All Trademarks, service marks and trade names (Collectively the "Marks") are proprietary to Keramica or other respective owners that have granted Keramica the right and license to use such Marks.
Indemnifications You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Keramica for any and all unauthorised use you may make of any material on the site. You acknowledge that unauthorised use of the contents could cause irreparable harm to Keramica and that in the event of an unauthorised use, Keramica shall be entitled to an injunction in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.
Privacy
We do not share e-mail addresses with third parties. Keramica may occasionally send to individuals via e-mail. news of special promotions. If you do not wish to receive marketing-related e-mail from us, tell us.
Persons who supply us with their telephone number(s) online may receive a telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed online. When providing your telephone number, please provide both the area code and phone number. Your phone number will not be shared with anyone. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time by notifying guests of the existence of a new privacy policy. If we change the way we use personally identifiable information, we will notify you via e-mail within 30 days and wait for your consent before taking further action regarding your personally identifiable information.

We do not warrant that materials/items for sale on the Website are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom. It is prohibited to access the Website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this Website from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
